Here's a great DVD release for June 1 (from digitalbits)...

I thought the theatrical cut and the director's cut were pretty good already. I wonder how much more really interesting stuff is left in the TV version? (now if only someone would release the extended German cut of Peterson's The Neverending Story, another one of my 80s' favourites)

I completely agree. The next 2 were awful. I just can't believe that Ende had his name removed from the first one, but approved of the second movie.

I am not a fan of The Neverending Story. Movie bored the piss out of me even when I was supposedly one of their target demographics.

well Bossk if your interested in picking up Tigerland for super cheap i just got mine at Future Shop for 7.99
not sure if Best Buy carries the same deals or not but i would check it out...

im glad i picked up the last copy while i had the chance

Yessiree, I did pick it up and it was that price. God bless the bargain bins. And even when they fail me, I've got friends like Gundark helping me out with the Canadian bargain bins (Virgin Suicides... thanks man!).
