Unfortunately Mum passed away in the early hours of this morning. She died peacefully in here sleep which we are thankful that in her last hours she felt no pain. It's hit us all really hard but i have to remain strong for the rest of the family. It is likely that i won't be around for the foreseeable future while we make all the arrangements and everything else that needs to be done

I'm very sorry to hear about your mother, Ady. I know it's nowhere near the same kind of loss, but my cat has been slowly dying for the last week or so and it's taking its toll on me. I can only imagine how hard losing someone as close to you as your mother must feel.
Be strong, and remember: Time heals all wounds.
