Each Jedi's sabre should be a slightly different hue, taking in any shade of blue and green or even a wider spectrum — the former is probably easier on the eyes lol. Needless to say, this would take a lot more work than option #1, but could look very cool. Similarly, the Sith that we see can have different shades of red — varying from pink to purple to orange — assuming that we see Siths other than Vader or Maul using their sabres.
