It goes without saying my thoughts are with with your family and expecially you masterAdy. You have had a greater than difficult time lately. Im so very sad to hear of your loss.
It would be comforting to know that your mother is a spirit watching over you from this moment on, but in reality thats a very hard concept to accept. You have your dads needs to cope with now more than ever, besides your own grief aside....
Sounds so damn corney and unhelpful, but may the force be with you, always....

Very sorry, Ady. I'm also happy for everyone that she went peacefully. I was there with my grandfather when he passed and it was the same. He smiled to us just before and it made us feel a bit better. I hope the next little while is relatively stress-free for you and your family. Take care.

I lost my father in late 08, he was a God to me.
I have yet to go a single day without thinking of him {tears are always close then, but so is a grin when I think of something cool that he did}.
Losing my Dad hurt more than almost anything I have ever experienced, But...I was right there when he died and I am glad I saw him off.
A mother who gave such a fine and talented son to this world is a great loss indeed and I hope you can make peace with this terrible loss at some point.
Thank You for all you have given us and know that the hurt does ease a little eventually.

Things took a turn for the worse and the doctors have moved her to a private room and told us that there is nothing more they can do for her. Sure it is. When my father died I've been drunk for almost 2 weeks and it DID help.
