Nice project! Just a suggestion: maybe you can do multiangle feature with first angle being a movie with bunch of picture in picture pop-ups and text info (you can recompose picture and use empty space in widescreen for text info), and second angle with storyboards, sketches, script pages, photos... plus audio commentaries that are compiled from various sources.
