You wash your pits too?
You are all weirdos!
Why would you wash your pits before you throw them in the trash?
You're supposed to wash them AFTER you put them in the trash!

Random thought: if TV's Frink is the one from TV, what other types of Frink are there?
Professor Frink is my brother.
Other relatives:
Lawyer Frink
Judge Frink
Chef Frink
Waiter Frink
Quarterback Frink
Hooker Frink
Director Frink
Vending Machine Repairman Frink
Senator Frink
Party Planner Frink
Shower Curtain Ring Salesman Frink
Hmm, you seem to be the anomaly then, since you're the only one with a possessive in your name... what's up with that?
There is no lingerie in space…
C3PX said: Gaffer is like that hot girl in high school that you think you have a chance with even though she is way out of your league because she is sweet and not a stuck up bitch who pretends you don’t exist… then one day you spot her making out with some skinny twerp, only on second glance you realize it is the goth girl who always sits in the back of class; at that moment it dawns on you why she is never seen hanging off the arm of any of the jocks… and you realize, damn, she really is unobtainable after all. Not that that is going to stop you from dreaming… Only in this case, Gaffer is actually a guy.
I'm not a TV.
:D
Hooker Frink. Yikes... How 'bout T.J. Hooker Frink?
Shame on you. Hooker Frink is a lovely woman.

I agree....and her prices are reasonable, too.

The next time I have a hellish time in an airport I shall have to be careful what I say (especially on Twitter) :
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/2010/01/18/2010-01-18_man_get_arrested_after_making_bomb_jokes_on_twitter.html
While it's not a good idea to shout "fire" in a public place the guy was clearly joking and venting his anger, to his friends on a public interweb forum.
I wonder what would happen if a comedian on a satirical television or radio show said the exact same words?

"Chamber’s Twitter post was removed, and his laptop, home computer and cell phone were taken away. He was also banned from Robin Hood Airport for life and suspended from his job indefinitely."
Damn, I wonder why they haven't castrated him also, sheesh! Poor guy.

Wait, there's a Robin Hood Airport? Isn't that the bigger story, at least for us Yanks?

Yeah it made me do a double take too.
An airport named after a legendary proto-communist terrorist, who'd have thunk it?
Come to think of it Baader-Meinhof Airport sounds more convincing.
I could kind of understand it if it was the airport for Nottingham but it's Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield?????
What has Robin Hood got to do with Doncaster or Sheffield which are two separate places anyway?
And to make it even wierder it not in Doncaster or Sheffield it's in Finningley.
What's Finningley got to do with Robin Hood?
It's a bit like having a Song Jiang Airport Bridgeport Hartford and building it in Boise.

Aww, now he doesn't sound like such a hero. Thanks for ruining history!
The volume level changes between the regular tv show and the commercials are bad enough. Why do I have to deal with insane volume changes when going from a 5.1 commercial to a 2.0 commercial?
You watch commercials?

Congress is apparently passing/passed/trying to pass a law to prevent loud commercials. I think it's silly the federal gov't needs to be involved with commerical volume... but if it makes it go away...
IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!
"[George Lucas] rebooted the franchise in 1997 without telling anyone." -skyjedi2005
"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM
"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.

Not usually. But when I'm watching a live sporting event, there isn't much way around it. Sometimes I DVR the game, but then I have to make an effort to avoid finding out the score.

I've heard that too. Doesn't seem to have worked. They started making TVs that made all the volume one level too. Dunno how effective they were.
Belgium!
I've just stubbed my toe...arggggh!
Have you heard the song "Potverdekke (It's Great to Be a Belgian)"? I first heard it on Jeremy Clarkson Meets the Neighbours when he was in Belgium. Funny stuff! Talks about the confusion about their identity.

anyone here every watch a British TV show by the name of Rumpole of The Bailey? Its about British lawyers or they refer them - Barristers. I just started watching it on DVD. Its quite good.
I've heard of it, but didn't know what it was about. Is it a drama? Comedy? Dramady?
drama with funny moments. It stars an actor by the name of Leo McKern. He's very good.
I'm always open to seeing more British television. Maybe I'll check it out sometime. Another one I'd like to see more of is Jeeves and Wooster. (and maybe A Bit of Fry & Laurie, too) I've seen a few episodes and really liked it. The books would be good too, of course.
