you're not saying there's something wrong with candidate having a College Education are you. Imo, there would be something wrong with a candidate not having a college education.

I've done a little work on te sentence to hopefully help you along with that one.

I've seen that word/phrase thrown around a lot, and I have to ask, what on earth does that even mean? What's the difference between a regular college education and an ELITE!!!!11!1!1one!!1! college education? Is that a separate box you have to check on your application?

Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Pennsylvania, Princeton, and Yale.

It's not that I necessarily have anything against those who go to those schools, but they seem to have an issue with the likes of me. They seem to think that someone who attended a community college is inferior or under their level. Most everyone in Washington graduated from one of the above Colleges. Those folks are also referred to as "Ivy League".

didn't Bush graduate from one of those schools? What's so wrong with those schools?

if they run what you believe to be a true Conservative, Obama would have won in even more of a landslide.

I disagree, if the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_1980">past</a> tells us anything, the people of the United States elect <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ronald_Reagan">true conservatives</a> by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_1980#Results">landslides</a>.

apples and oranges. 2008 is not 1980. There is no way America would have elected a true Conservative after 8 years of Bush. Granted, he may not be real conservative, too many voters would have associated the two. I am not saying the a true Conservative could never win the White House, I just saying he/she couldn't do it in 2008. I also don't see it happening in 2012. 2016? Its too far away to say.

I did that as to draw attention that they are portrayed as villans. Besides, <a href="http://marinecorpstimes.com/news/2010/01/marine_avatar_010810w/">I'm not the only one who got idea</a>. The Marines seem to feel the same.

one thing to keep in mind here, that at least Jake was actually an ex-marine. So it should surprise no one that he would act like a marine. I don't know if the whether others were ex-marines or not, but they were taking part in a military exercise. There is no reason they shouldn't look like the military. In you quote the Marines are complaining that Avatar is an allegory to Iraq. I think Avatar is more of an allegory to what happened with the Native Americans. The Na-vi, clearly resembled the Native Americans more than they do Iraqis.

Whatever, but to me when 40% of the United States identify themselves as Conservative and just 36% call themselves Moderate and a scant 21% are liberal, then Conservatives are the plurality. I am using majority loosely since they do outnumber the Moderates alone and Liberals alone. All a decent Conservative would have to do is siphon 11% of the Moderate vote in the next election and Obama will hopefully be sent packing. However, by that time, even a half assed Conservative should get 65% of the vote when the people see what a disaster Obama has been.

you used the term majority too loosely. 40% is not a majority period. end. of. sentence. to have a majority you must have >50%. No way is a half assed or even a real conservative going to win the White House anytime soon. People are not going to forget about Bush that easily. Again, I know you don't believe him to be a real conservative and maybe he isn't one, but too many Americans would associate him with a real conservative for one to get elected.
