"...I've just made a deal that will keep the Empire out of here forever."

[Doors slide open. Darth Vader is standing at the far end of a dining table. Without provocation, Han Solo draws his blaster and gets several rounds away, trying to kill Darth Vader.]

What a thug! Vader hadn't done a thing to him yet. Solo didn't know for a fact that it was Vader himself behind the Empire's constant harrassment of the Millennium Falcon - how could he be so heartless, so ruthless?

Even granting that Vader had a history of evil acts, we don't have any evidence in the scene that Solo and his party are in any danger. This scene is potentially very, very harmful for any kids that might be watching. For the sake of the children George, fix this scene! Always remember - Han Solo is a good and decent man!

Sarcasm aside, I love how incredibly quick Han is in that scene. While Leia and Chewie are busy being shocked, Han acts. That's classic Han Solo.
