I can't imagine US PS3s wouldn't be able to play PAL. The only issue might be your TV, but I would imagine you won't have any problems.

Regon codes are usually only put on commercial releases. I cannot imagine that Adywan put them on his releases - it's almost unthinkable - so you should be able to play the PAL ANH:R.
