The site I have been pointed to contains 5 links for DVD, 2 of those are PAL. Both PAL-links have the same link to a single-layer-DVD, called PAL_SL_DVD despite the fact that one should be PAL_DL_DVD for double layer.

Someone pointed out I shall try to load that container. I did. Instead of PAL it included NTSC-files - the file size I mentioned. The NTSC-file size is identical to the file available in torrent. NTSC-file is 100% complete in torrent. No problem.

Torrent also has a PAL-file (this is where I got the file size from). I tried that file but it is incomplete within torrent (69%). Despite the fact it is incomplete within torrent the file-dimensions of that PAL-file are already written on the HDD (this is where I got the file size from!). It is incomplete and unavailable anywhere else. That's the problem I'm talking about.

I never argued that the NTSC-file and the PAL-file had to be identical. Never.
