ROTS has the best CG Yoda. ESB has the best Puppet Yoda. ESB has the best looking Yoda overall

Granted, Yoda is about 900 years old in ESB, even though 25 years is not much time in a creature who lives to be 900, but if he spent 25 years on a swamp planet it does makes sense he would look more disheveled. Try living of the land for the most part for even 3 years and see how different you would look. Older, more haggard.
