I’ve just watched Franklyn (2008)

Like the theatrical release of Blade Runner I thought it was a fine film but ruined by an unnecessary voice over which coupled with the mask used by one of the characters drew some unfortunate and unfair (in my opinion) cries of “rip off of Watchmen” from some detractors.

I have no idea how possible it would be to remove this near fatal flaw in an otherwise very arresting film.

Has anyone already given it a go?

Does anyone want to?

How would I go about it if I really am on my own here?

It perhaps could do with a bit of a nip and tuck elsewhere but that was the one element that really stuck out like a sore thumb for me.
