it doesn't matter to me either way right now as long that dog murderer is wearing Jaworski's jersey.

I'm not trying to call you out or anything like that, Warbler, but I do find your comment interesting given that your signature features your mission statement which includes "Show Love, respect and mercy."  I realize mercy can have different applications, so i'm most certainly not suggesting you are a hypocrite.

Is there anything more Vick can do (he's served time in prison, he's owned up to his bad choices, he's speaking publicly about how dog fighting is a bad thing) to mollify your stance?  Will he ever deserve a second chance in your mind?  I'm asking these not to pick on you, but because I find them to be interesting questions for anyone to answer, and this whole Vick saga has fascinated me -- primarily in how people have reacted throughout.  I live in Atlanta, btw, so this is a big deal where I live, just like it is in your part of the country.

I wish you were a "practicing Eagle fan" at the present... because it would make it more fun for us Cowboy fans!  Just don't suddenly jump back on board should they defeat Dallas in this Saturday's rematch. ;)

I'm not sure what he could do if any.   I can't if he's doing all these things because he's actually sorry or just to make it look like he's sorry so he can start making NFL money again.   I guess I'm not showing him mercy.  Perhaps some acts of evil don't deserve mercy, I don't know.   I just know for certain that if I started to cheer for the Eagles again, I'd never be able to look my dog in her eyes again.

the thing I don't understand is why Vick gets to play again, but Pete Rose is gone for life.      Is gambling worse than torturing and murdering dogs?

Agree with that.  Actually, wasn't Vick gambling also?  Granted, not on his own sport, but I would have preferred that.

that's true, he was gambling.  I never thought of that.

I'm not an Eagles fan, but if I were, I'd demand the resignation of every member of the Eagles organization, and that Lurie sells the team.

not until they get rid of the dog murderer.

ANY PREDICTIONS FOR THIS WEEK'S PLAYOFF GAMES?  I HAVE ONE PREDICTION FOR BRETT FARVE... PAIN !!!

I predict the end of Brett Favres superbowl dream , the Cowboys are in town !!!

you may be able to get by the Vikings, but don't expect to be watching the cowboys in the Superbowl.    What I think you can expect is the playing of "When the Saints Go Marching In"  during Superbowl week.

But who was the team who ended the Saints unbeaten record? we done it once and we can do it again if needed  .

That last TD pass was bush league.

Let me rephrase...it was damn stupid.  What if Favre had gotten hurt?  What the hell was he even doing in the game, let alone passing?  Two minutes left, up 27-3...hand the ball off or kick the field goal.

It reminded me of the '07 Patriots leaving all their starters in when they were winning 540-7 with a few minutes left, all season long.  And we all remember how that season ended up.
