I can't find any evidence that its true on any of the 501st sites. In fact, one of the only threads I can find is them asking if anyone wanted to shoot the Vader hologram for Ady!

There is no official (or informal) request to not cooperate with Ady's edit to either the 501st or the Rebel Legion. However, also understand that no one is going to directly ask anyone associated with LFL about their stance, either.

That said, I'm going to send an e-mail to someone with an ESB pilot costume, to see what the reaction is. If the response is positive, I'll put them in contact with Ady.
