try the link again. This shouldn't be happening because it was uploaded to my collectors account so everyone can download it. It might have been a glitch with rapidshare. I've just tried the link and everything works fine.

Edit: i tried it a second time and i got the premium members only message. it did say that rapidshare was busy and there were no free download slots available so i clicked on the linkto the video that was on that page and it let me download it then. Hope that helps
