Well, why could light like this not be present? it's likely at times that it could be unless Yoda uses some kind of force trick on the weather elements to cover things up.
Dagobah like most other planets has moving could cover and it's quite noticeable in the movies. It even have large breaks in the cover as well, so we do see the planets surface here.
