My question is, when they tried to trade the signed ball for the home run ball, where was the mother?
They didn't try - they just did it. That was after they lied to her, by the way. They told her if she left the ball in the clubhouse and came back after the game, she could meet Ryan Howard and he would sign it for her. When she came back, she didn't get to meet anyone - a security guard handed her a different ball. She had no say in the matter, she was never given a choice. Her mother wasn't at the game, only the two kids were escorted to the clubhouse.

....if Anchorhead takes back what he tried to intimate about Ryan Howard.
I didn't intimate anything. I said I didn't like the way the Phillies handled this situation and then I posted a link to the story.
For the record, I hope Ryan Howard eventually hits 763 home runs - so that the record no longer resides with a roid-raged cheater.
