Why didn't Irvin Kershner direct ROTJ? One can only wonder what it would of been.
Kersh didn't want to do another one. Plus, Lucas was a little miffed at Kersh's patience to make things look, oh you know, NICE. Later Kersh regretted not pushing harder to do RotJ. A bad Robocop sequel and the Seaquest TV Pilot can do that to a person.
