I found the template I used at the Forgotten Force Ultimate Resource Guide.  It's pretty low res, which is why I wanted to start again.  Do you have templates at a higher res?

Yes, originally my ANHR was in a thin pack (they were cheap and take up less space on my shelf), so I figured there was some demand there.  Then I got a 4 DVD box and put all 4 versions in one box (DVD9, DVD5, PURIST, XVID).

I don't still have it, its floating around on the ESB & ROTJ Thread I believe.

Dammit! Haven't checked back in a while... too busy at the mo and missed that ebay item. Not that I can afford it at all right now anyway... but cheers for the heads up. Really, really wanna get that item!

oh and yeah... will be posting more covers soon. An alternate ROTJ, and an edited ANH... people can take their pick if anyone wants to download hi-rez ones. Have begun work on a more retrofied PT cover lot. Also will be posting some alternate covers soon...

Now, the following covers use a great series of retro-style artwork by a guy named Tom Whalen... you may have seen his artwork before, I love it and fancied using it for a cover collection. It may not be to everyone's taste, but to me it makes it all feel very cool indeed... enjoy!

I must stress, like with anything on this thread... I have used this artwork currently without permission. Bad, bad me. That's why we all know that no money is changing hands over any of this. Also, here's a quick-n-dirty edit of how to do the larger image with the frame.  I just overlayed one on top of the other and cut out the parts I didn't need.  Obviously you can do the proper version, this is just proof of concept.

(shhhh!  We're taking credit for most of Vinnie's work since we pointed out a few minor details.  Don't be too noisy about it or you'll throw the whole game!)

Busted! Actually Ziz... that's pretty good! What I wanted to do originally was a scaling thing so that the main characters were smaller in the picture and then have Vader and Death Star that actual size... but it was a bit of a headache. Might give it a whirl today though. Guess we'll have to credit you too!

Also... aware of email addresses sent... however there are a few minor details I want to correct myself... and I'm actually waiting to hear back from the guy who did the art I used on the front of the comicbook-style covers. These ones may not be available in full rez, as I don't want to piss the guy off as my production group might be commissioning him for some work in the near future!

Okay... my final ANH:Revisited cover. Now to try tart up that Jedi one a tad!
