It isn't David Prowse. There was absolutely nothing shot of Prowse if my memory serves me correctly. He was fired, that's true, but there is nothing of him in Jedi. It's just a continuity error. Besides, it's clearly not Prowse because he's got a VERY distinctive head shape, very square, heavy browed, where as Sebastian Shaw did not.
