When Leia goes outside to Luke to ask whats wrong and Luke asks Leia about her mother, altering the music to "Across the Stars" soft version from Attack of the Clones would fit nearly perfectly :D to symbolize Padme's theme,

Although, its understandable not to do this as Leia may not have been referring to Padme, and rather her adoptive mother (who allegedly may have died sometime after ROTS)

Maybe be a small fragment could be mixed into the Luke/Leia theme, (a sadly underused theme) i think there is a very quiet movement in one of the variations which has a very similar tempo to the Luke/Leia theme?
