Maybe its the perspective but the platform looks different in these two shots

If we want/need to vary the overused shuttle design, it's far simpler to alter the Emperor's shuttle as it's only seen as a matte painting and then a couple of shots of the terrible studio mock-up. That can be replaced far more easily.

no! they knew he was lying because vader could sense luke's presence in the force. in between the cut scenes, vader prolly told them it was a lie, but he allowed them to go because he wanted luke alive. he could've cared less for everyone else!

Typographical errors are a facked of life ;-)

We all do it so please be kind to each other's mistakes.

Piett isn't Vader, the Tydirium had an older code so he was a bit suspicious about it, he freely admits he would have let them pass anyway but he picks up on Vader's hesitation and speaks up.

Vader on the other hand knows Luke is there but wants him to land without making a fuss about it (Vader doesn't seem to be the type to chin-wag with his underlings on his coffee break).

A typo is one thing, "could care less" is not a typo. Sorry if I'm rude but I particularly despise that particular construction and I find people need to have it very firmly pointed out or they don't notice at all.

We all have our pet peeves (mine is the use of the word song to describe any piece of music....grrrr!) but there are a lot of people on here with English as a second, third or fourth language so I try to let it be.

Imagine Piett's confusion when Vader says "Leave them to me.. I will deal with them personally."

My problem is that the whole picture isn't showing. It's not allowing me to scroll to the right so I can see the whole thing. It's just cut off at the edge of the box.

That's the best argument I've heard for keeping Shaw in the ending scene, cap. Lucas' explanation that Anakin truly died when he became Darth Vader and therefore his ghost would look like Hayden is a stretch, and if its a matter of choice of what to appear as, why wouldn't Obi-wan and Yoda choose to look younger (thank goodness Lucas doesn't think like that)?

Since its technically a hallucination of Luke's or he chooses to see them as he knows them, Shaw as Anakin makes sense. He's never seen a picture of his father, how could he imagine what he looks like (and don't tell me, "The Force!")?

Looks like Jay still has a few adjustments to make.

I still think totally removing Boba Fett will be a step too far but I concede that giving him something to do may be too much hard work (but I hope someone pulls it off).
