Well, Ady's is the best fan edit for sure, but let's remember that he didn't actually make about 99% of the cuts in the movie.
It's one thing to take someone else's work and tweak it, it's quite something else to create that work in the first place. People absurdly strip Lucas of any credit for these movies, or at least the good two, which is ridiculous. And seeing as Lucas did control the edits on all the OT as well, let's try to remember why those movies worked in the first place. He also did a lot of uncredited editing on Schindler's List, uncredited because of his issues with the Guilds, and look at that movie.
Yes, Ady is fan editor supreme. But let's wait till he actually makes a movie and edits it before we give him the credit for the entire movie.
