On other forums if you post in all caps you are given fair warning to comply then permabanned.
Some don't even bother to go that far, as it is kind of an unspoken internet etiquette rule posting in all caps is for attention seeking whores, and is the equivalent of raising your voice to yelling so everyone in a small room can hear you.
