The only way to watch the "saga" is watch 1, 2 and 3 only, 1 being Star Wars, 2 being ESB and 3 being ROTJ. The other films aren't star wars so when you watch them (if you want to undergo that torture) isn't relevant to the question of how to watch Star Wars.
