Well I tried dropping the bitrate down to 9mb and did a 5 1\2 min clip and it stuttered 6 times in 1 scene and then the rest played fine and looked great,so I am thinking it is a DVD-RW problem,soon as I get my BD-RE's they should play just fine,I hope.
