Could be DVD-RW issue - some players may check the media rather than the content and throw up an error. Should be a bitrate issue, as it should follow the 3 x DVD-ROM rule so 30Mbps read speed.

Has anyone attempted a colour correction script for the Prequel films? I know Adywan did all of his by hand in After Effects, individually masking items, but I'm wondering if anyone has done a general colour correction?
