I finally got a reply from the seller (see below) and I'll just go and buy the copy myself to be included on Appendix disc. I agree with all said, but it's still the fact that I've never come across this footage and would love to get hold of it. Sure it's opportunistic, but it's also unreleased and rare footage. It's much more convenient to all of us fans that many DVD copies of it float around, than one single buyer has it and it never sees the light of day. I have more problem with real production companies that withold such promotional materials and overcharge for their mass produced DVDs/Blu-rays anyhow (with the real authors getting only worthless percentage, if any).

I never actually expected that anyone would want the 3/4 tape since they would need to go find a place to do the transfer anyway so I never included it in the price. It was always for the dvd. If you pay the full price plus shipping you'll get a dvd with a custom interactive menu."
