Help: looking for... In search of Preserved Material

Apologies if this is the incorrect forum to post this in, but I was reading through a back issue of Empire Magazine and they talk about Audio Commentaries they recorded for all 6 Star Wars films.  Unfotunately when you go to their website, I can only see the Star Wars cover gallery.  Were these ever made available?

On another note, I was completely unaware that Decipher seems to have ‘gone to the wall’.  They used to do a series of Radio Shows called ‘Radio Free Decipher’ and I was wondering if anyone had preserved these? I was thinking about trying collate information regarding Star Wars merchandise, and so far the only ‘content’ I can think of is:

- Radio Free Decipher for CCG

- Steve Sansweet’s Video Pieces for Hyperspace - how many parts were there of this??

- Some kind of toy gallery???

Have there been any programs or documentaries about Star Wars merchandise? I’m thinking there must have been a ‘modern day antiques’ thing on UK TV, but otherwise, I’ve no idea.

Cheers

I did tape off the telly a BBC Antiques Roadshow Star Wars special from 1997ish I think (Aunty Beeb was putting out quite a bit of Lucas related shows back then).

I'll have a rummage around in my cabinet of stangeness and see if I can find it.

I can't see in on Youtube or anything.

Sorry, gone bankrupt.

I mean, they have gone bust haven't they??  Domain name seems to link to something else...  Wayback machine says that Robots.txt has prevented spidering, but I'm pretty sure it used to hold the archive.

They haven't gone bust at all. That front page is just an advertisement for their newest game, Fight Klub.

In a sense. Lucas took the SW license away and gave it to a company he has ties to, the Star Trek license stopped selling well so they discontinued it, and the LotR license always had a short shelf-life. I think all three games still have active players' committees that continue to create virtual cards, though.

I think I remember Star Wars moving to Wizards of the Coast, which I think was bought by Hasbro who Lucas got a lot of shares in for Episode I merchandise rights!!

Did anyone archive off the Radio Free Decipher broadcasts?

Did Empire Magazine ever host their audio commentaries??
