I meant by restructuring, taking model, matte and design elements and replacing background elements (like starfields) adding foreground elements (like the lasers and model elements unique to that version), removing elements like the Ronto's and remixing the sound and score.
The Ben's Hut scene (after colour correction, sound balancing and the addition of the missing table ornament) was mostly an editing job.
Nobody (to my knowledge) had tried that before which is why Adywan is mentioned in the thread title.
If a film is a structure composed of elements then this one has been extensively rebuilt in ANH:R.
