First off, extra thanks goes out to all the DVD mules who performed beyond imagination at SDCC.
Nice find, this was one of those bits which didn't make tBSWM but should be part of the discussion. Forgotten (and didn't revisit enough it would seem) some of the nuances of those days, where half of your freetime day was preparing for the movie but yet all this stuff was going down which was affecting the evolution of the internet story. Need to search out more. When I was work on tBSWM, got tied into the current evolvement of this story and never went back and completely flushed out the paranoia of those early days. Quickly searching around came this idea which seems plausible.

what does that unknown group of seven letters mean? The answer - absolutely nothing. That is, nothing except for it being a simple digital tracking device so certain FBI/ICE/MPAA officials can monitor all the talk about it. Naturally, when people start talking about a message which is not ordinarily seen on the "surface" of a website, it will offer clues into who's talking about it and what exactly they're saying. A search engine keyword such as "EliteTorrents" would need to be filtered in order to accurately compile all the sources leading to possible EliteTorrents.org clandestine discussion. And that's where RTJKJAS comes in
but there are also ideas like:
