The only audio option of the 2-Disc release is a horrible 5.1 remix which uses incorrect music for most of the scenes in the final 3rd of the film, as well as replacing various sound effects and censoring profanity (because the primary audio source was a censored print). Don't be fooled by the "original mono" option on the R1 2-Disc set, it's a fold-down of the 5.1 mix! I think this release should've been withdrawn long a ago by MGM but they have done no such thing. The soundtrack of the 2003 edition is in very muddy quality but at least it's the correct mix
