Incorporate the "Lord Vader ... Rise" dialogue into Anakin's dream. Use EyeShotFirst's lightsaber on Padmé idea (below) then cut to black and we hear:

"Lord Vader?"
"Yes Master."
"Rise."

Then Anakin wakes up is a cold sweat.
