I created 480p x264s of the OT using g-force's script. I cropped the black bars off and created an .srt file for the subtitles, which is much more versatile than burnt in subs anyway. I can send you the srt files for ANH and RotJ if you want - PM me.

If you are going MPEG-4 with these, I would recommend doing x264 encodes as this is a much better codec than XviD now, also you could put them in .mkv containers instead of .avi containers, then you can mux the .srt files into the .mkv and it will be one convenient file.
