Second pic the carbon chambers or where the duel begun it should be visible in some shots from behind.
I've been somewhat thinking about this mock up off and on since it appeared... I think it MIGHT work, but based on the shot of when Luke is crawling out away from Vader, the angle suggests that if the building were to be seen at all in the background, I don't think it would be so much in the center. Perhaps more to the left?
