No. I took a snapshot but the same rules would apply. I never use avisynth (unless it is part of a program like favc or dvdrebuilder). In your clip's case I would have to reconvert it to an avi or mpeg2 first and then apply the color settings while encoding (tmpg 2.56) it once more

I am not sure what programs you have and what you are using and what format your clip was before avchd.
I know enough scripts exist for avisynth that one must let you tinker with the simple saturation, brightness and contrast. Though I am not sure if it would show you examples of your settings before encoding (gui maybe?)
