x264 and audio synching?

OK I have an HD x264 file with DD 2.0 AC3 audio, but I want to rip the DD 5.1 AC3 audio from my retail DVD to replace the 2.0,what software is used to synch this kind of file?

is there anything out yet that will take the video file and the audio so you can manually figure out the delay needed?

Thanks

Nevermind I figured out a way to do this,it seems there still is NO software that lets you edit h264 files,so I just converted my file to xvid and loaded it up in VDubMod and browsed for my audio and was able to sync it just fine, now I can put the DD 5.1 AC3 files in my SW AVCHD DVD's(get rid of the crappy 2.0 audio),I am doing all 6 of them,NO touching up at all, just a straight up AVCHD Disc is all, something to hold me over until Ady gets all his finished.

2 down (Phantom Menace,Attack of The Clones)and 4 to go.

my little boy wants to have a SW marathon so I want to finish these up ASAP.

avidemux can handle h264 well (there are two modes to try).

have you mentioned your SW AVCHD projects before? i didn't notice. cool.

I never mentioned the SW AVCHD's before because I just decided(within the past couple weeks) to do these, all I am doing is converting the HDTV broadcasts to AVCHD is all,but a couple of them only had DD 2.0 for audio and I wanted to scrap that crap ASAP,so now I have the 5.1 in its place and all synced up.
