  2. The Empire Strikes Back

  3. Return of the Jedi

  4. The Indian in the Cupboard

  5. Revenge of the Sith (edit, I forgot!)

and now

  1. A Night at the Museum II

Am I missing any other Darth Vader appearances?

Yeah I think we need to decide what an "appearance" is. Otherwise we will be here all day on Videogames alone.
