Burn it to a CD using Nero or Toast or whatever it is you use to burn CDs. Alternatively, you can do what I do and make a disc image that you mount later without using actual physical media to save money.
Then you rip it like any other CD, preferably at the highest bitrate possible (320 kbps is very good quality IMO - for these, I used iTunes' Apple Lossless). If you want no quality loss, use WAV or any lossless format compatible with your Zune (possibly AIFF) - problem there is that those are entirely uncompressed formats so the file sizes will be larger even than the FLAC originals.
If you want to convert FLAC to WAV, you can just use the standard FLAC program to convert the files at no quality loss.
Other, more knowledgeable forum members who are familiar with Zunes might be able to help better than I can, though.
