Apparently there was one other big reason that he's being all secretive about. At any rate, because it wasn't "his" verison, so to speak, he didn't release a DVD-9 of it. And since the original ANH:R files no longer exist, that's the best the "Purist" version will ever look (which is fine by me since I don't really care about it that much).
I have a theory, but I'm not sure if its right (which I guess is why it's a theory).
