Whether you loved Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, or thought it left a lot to be desired.
Should he create and have Spielberg Direct a Mutt Jones series trilogy? Lol just had to ask.
Personally i think IV was the last one and Lucas is just having delusions of grandeur like when he was going to make twelve or nine star wars episodes.
Spielberg Taking a year off in between Indy IV and his next film while producing other peoples films. His schedule is solidly booked to at least what 2012-2013. This even after dropping Jurassic Park IV.
He has gone on to produce way more movies than Lucas ever has. I think its possible he had his hand in more hit films than Lucas as well.
George never had a wife around like Spielberg did while he was working however. He decided to take that 16 year directing break while remaining a producer. Unlike Spielberg, Lucas was a single father of 3.
I think Kate Capshaw as a mom and wife deserves more credit than she gets like most women behind strong and powerful men. She deserves a bit of credit for balancing Steven out allowing him to continue doing what he loves to do. Though she was annoying in the Temple of Doom.
Lucas and Spielberg have different talents, strength and weaknesses when it comes to making movies.
Lucas will be busy with the live action tv series and the continuing clone wars cartoon series.
How about an animated 3D Indiana Jones. Though that would be tough without a Ford sound alike.
