That works out quite well. In fact, when Yoda leaves Coruscant, you could edit it as:
(1) delete the obvious line about "in exile I must go" and maybe add some TIEs or similar ships coming underneath the Senate building ala the EMPIRE Bespin escape and have Bail say something along the line of: "we have to escape!" Either Yoda can destroy the fighters using the Force to allow their escape, or you have them enter the higher cloud levels, fly into the Tantive IV hanger (while still chased to keep tension level), the Tantive heads out to space as we see Star Destroyers closing in and they jump into hyperspace.
(2) you could either cut back-and-forth between this sequence and the Obi-Darth fight, or segway after the hyperspace jump (which could allow an editor to slip in the spinning star field shot) to the lead up to the fight.
(3) end the fight with Obi and Vader with Vader/Anakin burning on the shore (no emperor coming over to get him), leaves Mustafar..
(4) to segway to the scene you show above, which has Bail and Yoda already on Dagobah waiting for Obi to arrive. Either Obi used the same intuition Luke did in EMPIRE to find Yoda/Dagobah, or in an earlier scene (maybe even near the end of ATTACK OF THE CLONES) Yoda mentions to the other Jedi (not just Ben) that if things go badly to meet up on Dagobah, which could be the Jedi's "hidden fortress", ala the Temple in LOST (which also has mysterious healing properties).
On a side note, if anyone thinks of incorporating the Kaiber crystal back into the movies (whether all of them or just the Prequels) could one take scenes from SUPERMAN and recolor the green crystal to red (maybe alter Chris Reeve's face or make him an extra Jedi character and keep the John Williams music to a degree - alter or delete the obvious SUPERMAN notes but keep the background choir)?
