maybe Dagobah is Yoda's home and there is something there that gives him greater Force strength, which allows him to heal from his battle with Palpatine. You could also explain the landing as Yoda needs to use the Force to try and save a critically injured Padme (if not by Anakin then something added to said fan edit) and it is only through Yoda and the Force that the children are saved.

Padme can suffer from poison that breath gas in mustafar. The same shit that Anakin could do but he saved. Obi too can survive with force heal, padme not
