I did find a great website a while ago where you're given 20 turns ever 5 minutes, and you use the turns to recruit henchmen, bodyguards, prostitutes, or hitmen. When you have recruited a substansive amount of such underlings, you need to purchase enough weed and crack to keep your crew happy, and you also need to stock up on weapons so if someone attacks your mansion you're prepared. I signed onto the website about 4 days before the round was over (when the admins would hand out rewards for achievements). I made it high on the top ten list for killing the most people.
