This sounds great for continuity, and your revised version could make a nice option as a future 'Thursday shot' to preview sometime.

Also, it would be of great interest to see even a frame from your original take on this shot, if that is at all possible, for comparison's sake.

Oh, and it was neat to see a little more of the Bespin city 'stem' in your previous recent 'cloud' shot.
