Hah! I have an idea:

Take the idea of the sail barge collapsing into the sarlaac pit, then cut in the shot of the spice worm rising up from the sand in Dune and taking out that vehicle.

Take out the vehicle and replace it with a sail barge mockup.

There you go! :p

Hmmmm.....Empire + Dune = WOW

...I feel an epic idea-clip in the making :D
