Is it just one solitary shot? Personally, I'd like to see the easter egg, or bonus scene, or whatever, have at least *some* of the surrounding footage as well -- just for context's sake. Thatway, you can watch it and say "oh, okay, that's how the scene originally went" ... instead of "wait, what was that random shot all about and where did it fit?"

Then again, it's not my project. ;-)
