I have owned Rogue Leader for a while now, but I have yet to spend much time on it or beat it. That Darth Vader level sounds cool, but I suppose I am going to have to load up on metals to get it though.

The first Rogue Squadron game on PC and the N64 had a lot of really cool extras on it too. There was a hidden level where you got to control and AT-ST and a code to unlock a Naboo Fighter, and the game came out many months before The Phantom Menace. There was also an unlockable flying Buick.
