It's such a difference to see those other walkers, because before, it almost felt at times like Luke was alone in the middle of nowhere with that walker he blowed up real good. :) It makes sense that they're still grouped closely, even if a lot of time had passed, especially if they were making a sort of bee line for the power generator. They couldn't exactly pull away at lightning speed even if they wanted to.
And like Ady said, it's much different looking at a static shot instead of seeing them in motion. Will you be making it appear as if the snow is blowing around? To me, that accounts for blurriness/haze. That was already explained in last week's preview shot.
