There are many explanations for that:

a) The imperials search her extensively and remove her clothes(!). So she wears other.

b) Vader "used the force"

c) She is one of the Princess handmaidens! A watchful protector given from Padme to double Leia.

d) Its a Star Wars movie! We don't ask these things :)
